Newmarket Randwick is an exciting new, master-planned community in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. GBH Contracting was proudly contracted to undertake the custom stonework and brick restoration of the old Randwick horse stables.
On the site of the former Nemarket stables, the development features 5,000+ sqm of parks and open space. It will also feature 20 new cafes, restaurants and retail shops along with designer apartment buildings.
The historic Sales Ring was transformed into a playground with generous parks for fitness and recreation. Additionally, the historic Newmarked Stables was restored and will be handed over to the Eastern Suburbs Council for community use.
